By creating an account or using the Tunited application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tunited. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. User-Generated Content

Tunited allows you to post text, images, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it, you grant Tunited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, display, and distribute that content to other users as part of the Service's functionality.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Content

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence.
• Is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatorily.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Contains spam or unauthorized advertising.

6. Moderation and EULA (Zero Tolerance)

Tunited has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. To maintain a safe community, we:

• Provide features to report and block content/users.
• Review all reported content within 24 hours.
• Reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
• Reserve the right to block or terminate accounts of users who violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tunited is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or from the conduct of other users.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
